Dave MacCallum, Ph.D.
Treasurer
Dave has worked extensively as a consultant on local, national and international projects in the private, public and nonprofit sectors. His previous experience includes work as a consultant with McKinsey, in the corporate strategy group at Ameriprise and as an administrator and professor at Carleton College. His educational background is in Computer Science.
Patricia Ross, Ph.D.
Strategic Planning Committee Chair
Patricia is a statistician with a specialization in measurement and analysis. She has worked with organizations at the national, state and local levels to provide a wide range of services including program implementation assessments, outcome evaluations and accountability metrics. Previously, she was a Research Associate at the University of Minnesota for 14 years.
Sam Buffington
Secretary
Sam serves as the Community Organizer for Springboard for the Arts, helping facilitate and foster community-centered work in Saint Paul, MN. He was the community organizer for the Frogtown Neighborhood Association for almost 10 years, helping the organization become one of the most representative, innovative and influential district councils in St. Paul. Through his work with the League of Pissed off Voters and his deep family connections to the arts, Sam has recognized the power of the arts to create positive change and empower youth.
